Job Description HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Benefits (Contract) Hourly Rate: $32-$34 Contract Length: 4-6 montjhs About The Role As an HR Generalist, you’ll oversee day-to-day employee interactions, support onboarding and employee relations, and help maintain compliance across our multiple locations. Must-Have Qualifications 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experienceBachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and HRIS systems (Paycom experience is a plus)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretionExperience working in a fast-paced, lean HR environment with a diverse workforce What You’ll Do Manage employee relations by addressing questions on benefits, time cards, performance issues, and conduct terminations with kindness and professionalism.Assist with onboarding, including I-9 compliance, ensuring a smooth entry for new team members.Support performance management processes, including regular reviews and corrective action coaching.Maintain HRIS system (Paycom) by processing data, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy.Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including filings and reporting like Affirmative Action Plans and EEO-1.Utilize strong communication skills to support our primarily remote workforce through platforms like Microsoft Teams.
