HR GENERALIST (CLIENT-EMBEDDED) @ KIZUNA EDGE TALENT HUB (KETH)

About the role

Kizuna Edge Talent Hub (KETH) is seeking independent, client-embedded HR Generalists to serve as trusted, day-to-day HR partners for our clients across East Africa. In this role, you will act as the primary HR presence on-site, working directly with client leadership, managers, and employees to manage HR accounts, enforce compliance, and deliver practical HR solutions with minimal supervision. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, as you will be the go-to expert for day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, payroll processing, and statutory compliance
• Handle complex employee relations and performance management initiatives
• Maintain the integrity of client documentation
• Provide critical advisory support to help clients navigate local labor regulations effectively

Work arrangement

• On-site, client-embedded onboarding period for the first three months
• Transition to flexible, remote-friendly arrangement from month four onwards, with periodic client visits required
