About The Role

Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and time-off processes for team members.
- Maintain and distribute team member information, policies, and procedures.
- Aid in HRIS data management and reporting (Workday preferred).
- Serve as a first point of contact for team member inquiries and concerns.
- Participate in confidential communications, investigations, and documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Develop and collaborate with Leadership on company-led initiatives such as retention, turnover reduction, and change management.
- Drive HR analytics to improve business initiatives like turnover, workforce management/planning, etc.
- Collaborate in Lean practices and be knowledgeable in Lean methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws.
- Build trust quickly with business partners and front-line team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting front-line team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Workday experience a plus
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Travel 1–2 times per quarter or as needed
Pay
USD $70,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
