About the Opportunity:The HR Generalist provides administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner team to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience. This role acts as a primary contact for routine employee and manager inquiries and supports key HR processes like onboarding, leave administration, performance management, employee records, and unemployment claims. The position contributes by maintaining data integrity, promoting compliance, and supporting workforce development initiatives. 3. Responsibilities: Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriatelyManage shared HR email inbox and ensure timely follow-upCoordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and documentationProcess Form I-9 and administer E-Verify requirementsConduct new hire surveys and prepare related reportsUpdate employee data and support Workday processesMaintain HR trackers related to leave, performance, disciplinary actions, onboarding, and offboardingPrepare routine HR reports to support decision-makingMonitor and support performance management schedules and processesAssist with HR training content and logisticsSupport employee termination and offboarding processes and conduct exit interviewsFacilitate employment and income verification requests and liaise with third-party vendorsCoordinate unemployment claims and respond to related inquiriesAssist with legal and audit inquiries by providing employment records 4. Requirements: Ability to pass a background investigationStrong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detailAbility to interpret and apply relevant laws, guidelines, and policiesUnderstanding of organizational structure, jobs, and compensation practicesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasksStrong analytical and problem-solving skills 5.
