Roles And Responsibilities
- Aid with talent management initiatives, including succession planning, talent review meetings, and key talent identification.
- Conduct investigations of moderate complexity, make recommendations for corrective action as needed.
- Support and coach managers on employment-related compliance, such as EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, NLRA, etc.
- Identify and recommend developmental training needs, engage with internal or external resources as necessary.
- Preview employment actions to identify and mitigate risk before decisions are made.
- Support restructuring efforts, identifying exposure and making fact-based recommendations for organizational changes.
- Assist with benefit questions and administration as applicable.
- Assist with staffing and recruitment efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an exempt Human Resources professional role.
- Knowledgeable in employment laws and regulations.
- SAP experience required. ADP EV5, eTime experience preferred.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience required.
- High level of experience in maintaining and exercising discretion in the handling of confidential information.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, as well as self-motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects, set schedules, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to project confidence and comfort dealing with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Pay
$59,811.37 - $74,764.21 annually. A starting salary higher than $59,811.37 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
