Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute all onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle activities
- Facilitate and drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding
- Administer recognition and service award programs
- Administer all benefit programs and employee benefit orientation
- Maintain HRIS (Paycom) data integrity and system optimization
- Administer leave programs & workers compensation
- Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies that support organizational goals
- Address employee concerns and guide managers on performance and workplace matters
- Prepare payroll data and backup as needed
- Update Employee SharePoint website
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years’ experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll system required
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
- Bonus Points for: SHRM-CP, SCHRM SCP or PHR Certification

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
