About the role

The HR Generalist is a key partner in bringing Purple's people strategy to life, supporting the full employee experience from hire to retire. • Assist with administration of compensation, benefits, and leave programs, answering employee questions and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and coordinate interviews for open roles, delivering a smooth, positive experience for every candidate.
  • Support workplace investigations by gathering documentation, conducting or assisting with interviews, and helping HR Business Partners reach fair, well-documented resolutions.
