Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Administer leave programs including FMLA, PFL, etc.
• Collaborate with leadership on HR initiatives
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 3 years of HR Generalist experience preferred
• Proficiency in leave administration (FMLA, PFL, etc.)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong independent work capability
• Professional maturity in a decentralized environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred
• 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
• Hands-on experience with leave programs
• Familiarity with HR systems and processes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills
