Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations supporting managers and frontline employees
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Partner with leaders to drive engagement, develop talent, and facilitate organizational change
