Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions.
- Aid in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, such as conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews.
- Provide support for employee benefits questions and assist with benefit enrollments.
- Review employee timecards and ensure timely approval by managers.
- Aid in employee annual goal setting and performance evaluation processes.
- Lead and support complex employee relations issues, including investigations and resolution.
- Advise managers on performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment laws.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Conversational-level Korean proficiency is required; fluency in Korean is a plus.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
