About the role
The role owns day-to-day human resources operations, employee relations, and talent programs for a growing remote workforce. You will partner with managers to scale people operations, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and support high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle employee relations, performance management, and career development programs
- Administer US and remote international benefits, payroll processing, and HRIS systems like Workday or Rippling
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding workflows to maintain a seamless employee experience
- Partner with leadership to design and implement compensation structures and equity programs
- Analyze HR metrics and turnover data to recommend operational improvements
Requirements
- 3-6 years of HR generalist or people operations experience in a fast-paced technology environment
- Strong working knowledge of US labor laws, compliance, and multi-state employment regulations
- Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms, payroll software, and ATS tools
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Skills
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification (bonus)
