About the role
Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex business problems. Works closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency

- Lead project teams through all phases of development, from planning to execution and monitoring progress against key milestones
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback on project status and performance

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in operations management or a similar field
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Qualifications
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
