HR Generalist

About the role

Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex business problems. Works closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in operations management or a similar field
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
