Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and support payroll-related administration through Paycom.
• Own time and attendance tracking, reporting, and employee support.
• Assist with recruiting activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and support HRIS administration and reporting.
• Utilize ERP and HR systems to generate reports, analyze data, and support workforce initiatives.
• Build relationships across the facility by actively engaging with employees and leaders on the production floor.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR Generalist experience within manufacturing or a transferable industrial environment.
• Strong payroll administration experience and proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong Microsoft 365 skills.
• Proven employment stability with a track record of long-term tenure and career progression.

Pay

$55,000 - $65,000

Schedule

100% onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.
