HR Generalist

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
• Manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and hiring activities
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure employee data accuracy
• Support benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation
• Partner with managers on employee performance, coaching, and workplace issues

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience with HRIS platforms and employee record management
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
