HR Generalist

What You'll Do

• Administer FMLA, leave of absence, accommodations, and related HR compliance processes
• Support employees with benefits enrollment, open enrollment, life event changes, and wellness initiatives
• Cook upboarding and facilitate new hire and driver orientation programs
• Aid in recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Maintain personnel records, employment documentation, and compliance reporting
• Support employee engagement, retention efforts, and HR programs that promote a positive workplace culture

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to two years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar HR role
• Knowledge of benefits administration, recruiting, FMLA/LOA, and employment compliance
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements
