HR Generalist

About the role

Responsibilities

• Administers various human resource plans and procedures; assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Administers the compensation program; research labor market, wage surveys, and industry to determine and maintain appropriate compensation structure.
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
• Remains aware of current and potential rules and legislation and the impact of same.
• Troubleshoots HRIS issues and looks for system optimization.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree, OR equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 3 years professional HR experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Preferred PHR or SPHR certification.
