About the role

Responsibilities
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures; assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Administers the compensation program; research labor market, wage surveys, and industry to determine and maintain appropriate compensation structure.
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
- Remains aware of current and potential rules and legislation and the impact of same.
- Troubleshoots HRIS issues and looks for system optimization.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree, OR equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 3 years professional HR experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Preferred PHR or SPHR certification.
