HR Generalist
Summary
The Human Resource Generalist assists the Regional HR Manager in implementing processes and programs that advance effective recruiting and retention of the company's most important asset (the co-worker) within his/her assigned Region. This is accomplished by collaborating with Managers within the Region, as well as Corporate HR. The Generalist plays an important role in ensuring compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assists Regional Efforts to Recruit and Hire
- Manages the Onboarding Process
- Promotes Retention Efforts Through Positive Co-worker Relations
- Participates in HR Continuous Improvement Activities
- Supports Compliance Efforts
- Participates in HR Department Activities
- Oversees the Work of Direct Reports
- Participates in Training/Certifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field and 4 years of HR experience; or a Master's Degree in HR Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional Certification in Human Resource Management (PHR or SPHR) preferred
- Prior experience in construction preferred
Compensation
Compensation for this position is expected to range from $88,333 to $95,000 annually. Actual compensation offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, training, skills, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.
