HR Field Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a HR Field Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will serve as a key people partner to field leadership, helping execute strategic HR initiatives across operations and supporting a strong employee experience. You will collaborate closely with Operations leaders and practice owners to strengthen performance, develop talent, and build a future leadership bench. The position also plays an important advisory role across the employee lifecycle, training effectiveness, and broader People Operations support.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000+ annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with Field Operations to execute strategic people initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with Operations leadership and practice owners
• Provide leadership and guidance for the employee lifecycle
• Evaluate and monitor training programs
• Act as a resource for People Operations and HR COEs
• Guide operations leadership in performance management and employee development
• Support the talent review process to build a future leadership bench

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and employment law
• Expertise in talent development and performance management
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
