About the role
The HR Director oversees all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes and manage candidate selection
- Develop and implement employee training programs
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Administer health and welfare plans and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing teams and projects
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and software
- Experience with performance management tools
