HR Director

About the role

The HR Director oversees all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes and manage candidate selection
• Develop and implement employee training programs
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
• Administer health and welfare plans and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Collaborate with management to develop strategic workforce planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Proven track record in managing teams and projects
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications
