Responsibilities
- Partner with VP of Sales to align people strategies with business objectives
- Develop understanding of business needs to provide strategic HR guidance
- Identify organizational implications of business strategies and create strengthening plans
- Lead initiatives for change management to address evolving business needs
- Drive a culture of talent management and leadership development
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning processes to ensure business readiness
- Advises leaders on employee relations and engagement matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field required
- Master's degree and/or professional HR certification preferred
- 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines, including talent management and employee relations
- Strong business acumen with data analysis capabilities
- Prioritized experience leading talent management and leadership development initiatives
- Willingness to travel
