What You’ll Do
- Configure, maintain, and optimize system settings, workflows, and permissions
- Produce custom and recurring reports, analyze HRIS data, and ensure accuracy across dashboards and organizational reporting
- Process routine HRIS transactions and ensure timely completion of daily system activities
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for employees and managers
- Lead or support HR technology projects focused on automation, AI-enabled solutions, and process optimization
- Collaborate with the Organizational Transformation Office and cross-functional teams on initiatives that enhance HR operations and improve the employee experience
- Maintain system documentation and safeguard confidential employee information
- Monitor emerging HR technologies and recommend system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements
- Cook up with the internal partners to support audit activities and compliance requirements
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations
Who You Are

- Able to combine strong technical expertise with an understanding of how HR systems enable recruiting, payroll, talent management, compliance, and the overall employee experience
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, partnering across departments, and translating business needs into practical system solutions that improve efficiency and data quality
- An analytical mindset allowing you to transform complex HR data into actionable insights while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality
- Curious about emerging technologies and excited by opportunities to leverage automation and AI to modernize HR operations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting HRIS platforms or similar enterprise business systems
- Experience partnering with IT, Information Security, and Internal Audit on compliance initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver process improvement initiatives
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and macros
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, including recruiting, payroll, benefits, talent management, and compliance
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support employees at all levels of the organization
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing competing priorities
- Knowledge of HR regulations and employment compliance requirements
- System administration experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or SAP SuccessFactors preferred
- Experience building cross-platform automations or AI-driven workflows preferred
- Experience administering SharePoint sites preferred
