HR Coordinator - Temporary (Spring, TX)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Aid in new hire onboarding, employment verifications, and employee document management.
  • Support I-9 processing and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Respond to employee questions about HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave requests, and other HR-related topics.
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Review resumes and assist with candidate screening activities.
  • Support job posting management and recruiting-related administrative tasks.
  • Aid in new hire orientation and onboarding activities.

Projects & Process Improvement

  • Participate in HR initiatives and process improvement efforts.
  • Aid in policy updates, employee engagement activities, and HR communications.
  • Assist with additional HR functions and special projects as assigned.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Internship, campus leadership, customer service, administrative, or office experience is a plus.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.
