About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources department while managing day-to-day office functions. The HR Coordinator will support recruitment, onboarding, trainings, internal/external communication, events, reporting and front office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys working across a variety of HR and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Human Resources Coordination – daily support to the HR team
- Manage HR data in the systems confidentially and accurately, run and distribute HR reports and presentations, assist with compliance and audits as needed
- Coordinate HR initiatives and projects including surveys, meetings, and training sessions
- Respond to routine employee and managers' inquiries
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training processes
- Office Administration – oversee general office operations, supplies, vendor communication, and scheduling of meetings and events
- Greet and assist visitors, manage guest check-in procedures, and maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- Manage internal communication and collaboration tools (systems, screens, boards), shared documents, draft and distribute news and announcements
- Plan and manage external communication (social media, articles, ads, partnerships)
- Assist department leaders with general administrative support and business trips management as needed
- Employee Engagement, Communication & Events – plan and coordinate company events, volunteering and appreciation activities
- Serve as a culture ambassador, encouraging shared values across the organization
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources or office administration
- Experienced with HR systems, computer-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach (strong organizational and multitasking skills)
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written, verbal communication and teamwork skills (bilingual skills are a plus, especially Spanish)
