Responsibilities
- Cooking onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing documents, scheduling pre-employment steps, and helping employees transition smoothly into the organization.
- Maintaining personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality while ensuring required HR documentation is complete, current, and properly filed.
- Supporting recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting staffing teams throughout the selection process.
- Facilitating background screening and employment verification tasks in a timely manner while following established compliance guidelines.
- Aiding in performance review administration by tracking timelines, preparing materials, and following up with managers and employees as needed.
- Preparing routine HR reports and providing administrative support for audits, compliance reviews, and departmental initiatives.
- Responding to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and general employment matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Performing clerical and office support duties that help the HR team operate efficiently and meet organizational goals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources coordination, HR administration, or a related support role.
- Working knowledge of onboarding, employee file management, and general HR operational processes.
- Experience assisting with recruiting activities such as interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring coordination.
- Familiarity with background checks, employment verification, and HR compliance documentation.
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational qualifications may vary but typically include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
