HR Coordinator

Location: Remote Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM in any US time zone Compensation: $31.25 - $33.33 per hourPosition Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team remotely, supporting essential employee lifecycle processes, compliance activities, and HR operations across different regions. This role is vital in maintaining accurate HR data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and streamlining HR workflows within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing HR systems and procedures in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Process employee lifecycle transactions, including complex job changes, compensation updates, location moves, and terminations within Workday.Support I-9 administration, including scheduling verification, reverification, and conducting recurring audits to ensure compliance.Assist with separation processes, documentation, and compliance activities across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.Manage onboarding, retention, and repayment documentation and processes.Conduct regular employee data audits related to location, equity, and compliance, resolving discrepancies as needed.Provide operational support for regional HR processes, including specific support for Brazil.Perform additional HR operations duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.Required Qualifications:Experience in People Operations, HR, or a related field.Proven experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high-volume, repetitive processes accurately.Knowledge of HR compliance, audits, and employee data management.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.Comfortable working independently and efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills & Experience:Prior experience with I-9 verifications and related compliance activities.Knowledge of regional HR practices, including Brazil-specific employment administration.Experience supporting multi-region HR processes across North America and LATAM.At Premier Talent Partners, we are a people-centered recruitment firm with a strong focus on skills-based hiring.
