HR Coordinator
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to these headings.
We have:
- About Glide: description of organization. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role summary. But we have "Position Summary". We could use "About the role" heading for position summary. The "About Glide" is organization description; maybe we could put under "About the role"? But instructions: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings when appropriate.
We need to decide which sections to include:
- About the role: could contain Position Summary and maybe About Glide? The posting includes "About Glide" (organization) and "Position Summary". We could combine them under About the role.
- Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities.
- Requirements: maybe Required Qualifications? Or "Requirements" could be Required Qualifications.
- Qualifications: maybe Key Qualities Needed For This Role? Or "Qualifications" could be Required Qualifications. But we have both "Key Qualities Needed For This Role" and "Required Qualifications". Could combine.
- Skills: maybe not explicit; we have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS, HRIS systems. Could be Skills.
- Benefits: not mentioned except maybe none. No benefits listed. So we should NOT include Benefits section.
- Pay: we have "$32 - $36 an hour". That's pay. So include Pay section.
- Schedule: we have "This is a fulltime (40 hour/week), non-exempt role." That's schedule. So include Schedule section.
- Physical Requirements: could be under Requirements? But we have a separate Physical Requirements section. Could be part of Requirements or maybe we could create a separate section? Not in list of allowed headings; but we could put under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could incorporate Physical Requirements into Requirements or Qualifications.
We also have Work Environment description. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in allowed headings; maybe incorporate into About the role.
We also have AI note about using AI tools; could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? Probably not needed as separate.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
Thus we need to convert lists into
- . The posting has many sentences; we need to identify lists.
Let's parse sections:
About Glide: paragraph.
Position Summary: paragraph.
Key Qualities Needed For This Role: bullet-like sentences? It's a paragraph with multiple qualities separated by periods. Could be turned into list.
Primary Responsibilities: many sentences; could be list.
Required Qualifications: list of bullet-like sentences.
Physical Requirements: list.
Pay: sentence.
Schedule: sentence.
Work Environment: paragraph.
AI note: maybe include as part of About the role or Responsibilities? Could be a separate note but not a heading; we can include as paragraph under maybe About the role or Responsibilities. Since it's about hiring process, maybe under Responsibilities? But it's about AI tools used in hiring process; could be under Responsibilities (since it's part of recruitment). However we need to preserve all substantive information; we can include as a paragraph under Responsibilities or maybe under About the role. I'd put under Responsibilities as it's about recruitment process.
We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none.
Now construct HTML.
We'll have:
About the role
About Glide GLIDE is a nationally recognized center for social justice, dedicated to fighting systemic injustices, creating pathways out of poverty and crisis, and transforming lives. Through its integrated comprehensive services, advocacy initiatives, and inclusive community, GLIDE empowers individuals, families, and children to achieve stability and to thrive. GLIDE is on the forefront of addressing some of society’s most pressing issues, including poverty, housing and homelessness, and racial and social justice. GLIDE’s mission is to create a radically inclusive, just, and loving community mobilized to alleviate suffering and break the cycles of poverty and marginalization.
Reporting to the Talent Manager, the HR Coordinator will be fully immersed in all areas of our hiring, recruitment and our onboarding processes. You will be responsible for administrative and logistical support for HR, but you will also be a key anchor for the recruitment team. Specifically, you will ensure the on and offboarding processes run smoothly, you will initiate the recruitment and posting of our positions and you will help coordinating our staff events. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all new hires, and ensure each new hire has completed all required documentation and has the appropriate office set up.
Then Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively across the hiring and training teams to ensure HR support from pre-boarding to offboarding, initiating and following up on operational Zendesk tickets, tracking recruitment processes.
- Support the Talent Manager with all activity tied to recruitment.
- Ensure jobs are posted in the ATS, work with hiring managers to schedule candidate interviews, and continually update job postings across different sites to promote and/or accelerate candidate flow.
- Distribute internal job postings to staff, refresh job boards and update recruitment tracking sheet to ensure updates are recorded in a timely fashion.
- Monitor the ATS, update each posting with unique screening questions, and support the creation of an interview packet.
- Work in tandem with the Talent Manager (and sometimes the CHRO) to ensure interview panels receive timely information prior to interviews; ensure interviewing packets, interview feedback and candidate materials are received and delivered in a timely fashion.
- Create an excellent candidate experience which includes timely updates on hiring/interviewing status when applicable.
- Schedule and facilitate onboarding in collaboration with hiring managers and staff training and development team.
- Work across key support teams to create and distribute new hire itineraries, employee resource guides and ensure key touch points for all facets of onboarding (IT, Operations and training) are integrated seamlessly into new hire schedules.
- Follow up with new hires on background and reference checks; and assist new employees with new hire documents, to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
- Using Zendesk, ensure the timely execution of new hire onboarding/offboarding processes, including termination notifications, new hire paperwork collection and uploads into ADP, I-9 and completion of the background check process.
- Provide culturally relevant and responsive support to all employees while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment; final hiring decisions are made by humans.
Then Requirements/Qualifications: We need to decide headings. We have "Required Qualifications" and "Key Qualities Needed For This Role". Could combine into "Requirements" and "Qualifications". But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we make one section "Requirements" that includes both required qualifications and key qualities. Or we could have "Qualifications" for key qualities and "Requirements" for required qualifications. Let's see: The instruction list includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We can use both if we have substantive content.
Thus:
Requirements
Experience as a HR or Talent Coordinator, Job Developer or directly working on a hiring team. At least 3 years of work experience with HR administration, processes and talent management. Proven customer service skills and enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to a diverse population of candidates and staff. Detail oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills, willing to support where needed.
Then maybe Skills:
Skills
- Experience working with ATS systems such as Lever or Bamboo.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS, and HRIS systems (ADP, Bamboo, Lever).
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines for multiple concurrent tasks.
Physical Requirements could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section but not in allowed headings; we could incorporate into Requirements as a list.
Better: Add Physical Requirements under Requirements as a list.
Thus Requirements section could have two lists: one for experience/qualities, another for physical requirements. But we need to keep it simple: maybe we make a separate section "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed headings; but we could still use Physical Requirements
as it's not in the list but maybe allowed? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive list. It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings; but we could also use others? It says "e.g." meaning examples, not exhaustive. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could add Physical Requirements as a subsection under Requirements.
Thus we can embed physical requirements as a list inside Requirements.
Similarly Work Environment could be part of About the role.
Thus final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Pay, Schedule.
We need to ensure we include all substantive info: About Glide description, Position Summary, Responsibilities list, Required Qualifications (experience, customer service, etc.), Key Qualities Needed For This Role (proactive problem-solver, organized, detail-oriented, thrive in fast paced, multitask, meet deadlines, enjoy teamwork). We haven't included those key qualities yet. We could put them under Requirements or Skills. They are more like personal attributes; could be under Requirements.
Thus Requirements section should include both the experience requirements and the key qualities.
Let's compile Requirements content:
- Experience as a HR or Talent Coordinator, Job Developer or directly working on a hiring team.
- At least 3 years of work experience with HR administration, processes and talent management.
- Proven customer service skills and enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to a diverse population of candidates and staff.
- Detail oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills, willing to support where needed.
- Proactive problem-solver who keeps things moving behind the scenes with minimal direction.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast paced organization.
- Can multiple tasks/projects, meet deadlines, and enjoy working as a team.
Note some duplicates: detail-oriented appears twice; we can keep once.
Now Skills:
- Experience working with ATS systems such as Lever or Bamboo.
