HR Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Completes all HR functions related to onboarding new employees and offboarding terminated employees
- Collaborates with supervisors, employees, collection sites, and vendors to coordinate pre-employment and random drug tests
- Affords assistance with managing the drug screen program compliance in multiple compliance sites
- Affords assistance with running and verifying various types of background checks
- Affords assistance with entering training and uploading documentation into the learning management system
- Affords assistance with researching training topics and creating the training material
- Affords assistance with DOT functions as related to drivers and vehicle documentation
- Serves as a point of contact for employees regarding Company policies, procedures, and programs
- Affords assurance that records of personnel transactions such as new hires, drivers, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations are obtained
- Affords participation in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
- Notifies the supervisor and addresses potential safety hazards in a timely fashion
- Be professional and courteous in dealings with customers and/or vendors
Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field
- One to two years of human resources or related experience
- HR Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR
- Available for 15% travel per year
- Bilingual Spanish/English

- Ability to work under pressure and able to successfully multi-task by recognizing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Pay
The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.

The schedule for this position is non-exempt.
