Enviroscapes is looking for an HR Coordinator to perform administrative duties within the HR Department. These duties include data entry, manage and maintain employee files, handle internal and external inquiries, assist in daily HR needs and other duties as assigned necessary.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an extraordinary experience to employees by answering employee requests and questions.
- Submits online investigation requests and assists with employee background checks.
- Reconciles invoices, benefits statements, and other invoices.
- Oversee uniform inventory, ordering, distribution, and payroll deduction process.
- Support talent acquisition activities, may participate in career fairs, phone interviews, etc.
- Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
- Organize and help facilitate new employee orientation.
- Conducts accurate record keeping and maintenance on employee files.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Orders supplies, copy, scan, mail and emails documents; performs other administrative functions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.

- Has a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
- Pre-hire background check and observed drug test, required.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience with a pay range of $18 to $24 per hour.
