About the Role

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department by coordinating day-to-day HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle. This position assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, HR reporting, and offboarding while maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. The HR Coordinator serves as a key resource for employees and managers, helping to create an efficient, compliant, and positive workplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, HR reporting, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
