About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator at Arizona Priority Care (AZPC) provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department while ensuring a positive employee experience. AZPC is an Integrated Provider Network focusing on senior and Medicaid populations through value-based models, operating in Arizona since 2008.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files, both electronic and paper.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents in accordance with record retention requirements.
- Assist in part of the onboarding process.
- Monitor HR inboxes and respond to routine employee inquiries or direct questions to the appropriate HR staff.
- Completes documentation process for employee change information.
- Manages badge system for new hires, replacements and terminations.
- Aids in employee meetings, activities and events as directed.
- Maintain Internal employee organizational charts.
- Works closely with HR Generalist to complete designated tasks.
- Assists with companywide, new hire, and annual compliance training including tracking completion.
- Maintains company payroll and holiday calendars.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- One to three years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or an office environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated high degree of professionalism, positive culture development and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team. Collaboration is important in this role.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (ADP preferred but not required).
- Ability to use solid judgment in a variety of work situations.
- Efficient and timely multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office and office equipment skills.
Benefits
This role requires full-time in-office presence for the first 60 days of employment. A hybrid schedule is available after the initial training period. Compensation range: $24 – $27 per hour. Supports and provides a positive company image to internal and external customers.
