Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates and recruiting processes
- Maintain employee data in HRIS systems (Rippling, Absorb, Trakstar)
- Affirm compliance and produce compliance reporting (EEOC, OSHA, 401k)
- Assist in benefits and open enrollment
- Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions
- Conduct onboarding and exit processes
- Aid in immigration processing
- Cook up and coordinate company events
- Answer employee questions as needed
- Handle ad hoc duties and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 0 to 3 years of professional hands-on experience in Human Resources
- Up to 20% travel may be required
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Background checks are required
Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $108,000.00, with exact compensation based on skills, experience, and location. The base salary includes a 3% employer contribution to a 401k retirement plan.
