HR Coordinator
About the role
Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support a variety of human resources functions.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain bi-weekly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer employee benefit programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions and enrollment activities.
- Cook up onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, system setup, and orientation sessions.
- Serve as a key resource for employees and leadership.
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records and update personnel information within the HRIS.
- Process employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations.
- Aid in HR reporting, audits, and data management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Partner with leadership to support various HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, benefits administration, or a related HR role.
- Experience processing payroll and maintaining confidential employee information.
- Exposure to HRIS platforms; experience with ADP is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Associate’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
