RSC HR Coordinator
Shift Details: Sunday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm
What You’ll Do
- Prepares, submits, and audits weekly payroll and incentives
- Manages manual checks
- Ensures proper premiums and shift differentials are being applied
- Ensures that vacation, sick, and deferred holidays are managed and paid properly
- Workday Report – Labor Hour Reporting, Daily and Weekly hours, time off report, unmatched punches, Overtime.
- AR/AP Policy Administration
- Create a positive employee relations environment which enhances strong employee relations and high-level performance and lead by example
- Manages leave of absences
- Manages travel Per Diems and makes travel arrangements for emergency response
- Facilitate new hire benefits orientation and enrollment
- Aid employees with benefit related questions
- Aid with annual benefits open enrollment
- Act as the Wellness Champion for the RSC
- Serve as a point of contact for teammates & management regarding HR policies, programs, and initiatives
- Resolve teammate questions or concerns
- Maintain bulletin boards
- Plan employee events
- Order t-shirts and giveaways
- Order food
- Maintain HR filing systems
- Distribute incoming mail
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations (AZ and CA)
About This Role
The RSC HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR Department goals and objectives in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of the Retail Support Center.
What You Need To Succeed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HR emphasis a plus
- PHR/SPHR desirable
- Minimum 2–3 years HR experience
- Knowledge of employment law
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Compensation Details
$22.20 -$27.70 Per Hour DOE
