HR Compensation Analyst - Weekly Pay
About the role
Aston Carter is seeking an HR Compensation Analyst to manage job evaluation and job description processes, administer compensation programs, conduct market pricing and compensation analysis, and provide compensation consulting and project support.
Responsibilities
- Manage job evaluation and job description processes by reviewing new and revised roles, determining job levels and FLSA status, ensuring consistent evaluation practices, validating qualifications, and maintaining job documentation and database records.
- Administer compensation programs and salary structures including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and merit increases, ensuring alignment with compensation philosophy, governance guidelines, and internal pay equity standards.
- Conduct market pricing and compensation analysis through salary surveys, benchmark matching, data collection, and analysis of internal and external market data to support competitive pay recommendations and salary structure updates.
- Provide compensation consulting and project support by advising leaders on compensation strategies, career paths, and job design, while participating in departmental projects and contributing to other assigned responsibilities.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $28.36 - $45.67/hr.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI, and is fully onsite.
