About the role

As an HR Analyst - Compensation, you are responsible for analyzing, developing, and administering the organization's compensation programs to ensure competitive, fair, and legally compliant compensation practices. This role involves conducting market research, evaluating job positions, and recommending salary structures that align with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor compensation practices
  • Evaluate job positions to determine appropriate compensation levels
  • Develop and administer compensation plans that reflect organizational goals and objectives
  • Recommend salary adjustments based on performance evaluations and market conditions
  • Administer payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation payments
  • Collaborate with managers to understand job responsibilities and develop fair compensation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding compensation practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, and three years of HR and/or compensation experience, or an equivalent combination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CCA (Certified Compensation Analyst) certification (desired)
  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team (desired)

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000 - $101,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate project needs.
