Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a 12-month Organization Structure Optimization initiative. This role will serve as a consultant and process lead, partnering with executive stakeholders, project managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to identify organizational inefficiencies, eliminate role duplication, and implement data-driven organizational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build project roadmaps and design systematic organizational assessment processes.
- Facilitate executive interviews and cross-functional working sessions.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project co-leads to develop restructuring recommendations.
- Design and lead data collection processes across multiple organizations.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics on selected business functions.
- Validate and analyze employee data and operating models to identify optimization opportunities.
- Review and compare job descriptions to identify opportunities for role differentiation across levels and organizations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and executive leaders to ensure alignment throughout the project.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, deliverables, and communication materials.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide communications and change management support.
- Deliver administrative support for governance processes.
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
- A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- 5+ years serving as a Director-level or higher HRBP supporting senior leadership.
- Managerial experience is required.

- Demonstrated ability to use multiple methods to gather organizational data.
- Strong analytical, active listening, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop thoughtful recommendations and assess organizational impacts.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders on people strategies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing assignments and timelines.
- Excellent presentation, communication, listening, and coaching skills.
- Proven planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated project management experience, successfully leading projects from planning through completion.
- Experience with organizational development, leadership effectiveness, leadership team dynamics, and executive coaching is a plus.
