The HRBP serves as the primary Human Resources partner for our Hitachi Vantara Supply Chain organization. This role provides both operational and strategic HR leadership in a fast-paced supply chain environment, partnering closely with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, employee engagement, and business performance. The successful candidate will balance hands-on employee relations and day-to-day HR execution with strategic talent initiatives, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational change efforts. As the Global Supply Chain organization continues to evolve, this role will help identify and build the capabilities required to support future growth, operational excellence, and talent sustainability across the function.
