HR Business Partner - Recruitment (*Hybrid - on site 1 day / week*)

Your tasks

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to include sourcing, interviewing and offer preparation
  • Create a robust and diverse talent pipeline of qualified candidates utilizing various sourcing methods
  • Develop and sustain metrics and reports for the talent acquisition process
  • Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepare and present recruitment dashboards, recommend changes to the recruitment process and implement changes
  • Develop, execute and adjust recruiting plans to include kick-off meetings and consistent communication with managers
  • Serve as subject matter expert and administrator for the application tracking system (ATS)
  • Submit new job openings for approval and maintain job postings on the company website, as well as external sites
  • Ensure adherence to affirmative action plan requirements to include EOE reporting and addressing gaps identified through EEOC audits
  • Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
  • Maintain documentation of recruitment processes and procedures
  • Manage external recruiting agency relationships including placement of temporary employees
  • Manage content on social media and job search outlets (ie. Glassdoor, Indeed)
  • Serve as advisor/coach to assigned leadership team members
  • Provide day to day performance management guidance to assigned leadership team members
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Team to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Work closely with Head of HR and other leadership team members to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Manage credentialing process ensuring the company and team members meet customer compliance requirements

Your profile

  • Associate’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4 years’ of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment best practices including candidate sourcing and engagement strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high quality results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying complexities while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent relationship-building, decision-making and influencing skills
  • Excellent computer skills in a MS Windows environment with the ability to quickly learn and implement new systems
