Your tasks
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to include sourcing, interviewing and offer preparation
- Create a robust and diverse talent pipeline of qualified candidates utilizing various sourcing methods
- Develop and sustain metrics and reports for the talent acquisition process
- Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepare and present recruitment dashboards, recommend changes to the recruitment process and implement changes
- Develop, execute and adjust recruiting plans to include kick-off meetings and consistent communication with managers
- Serve as subject matter expert and administrator for the application tracking system (ATS)
- Submit new job openings for approval and maintain job postings on the company website, as well as external sites
- Ensure adherence to affirmative action plan requirements to include EOE reporting and addressing gaps identified through EEOC audits
- Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Maintain documentation of recruitment processes and procedures
- Manage external recruiting agency relationships including placement of temporary employees
- Manage content on social media and job search outlets (ie. Glassdoor, Indeed)
- Serve as advisor/coach to assigned leadership team members
- Provide day to day performance management guidance to assigned leadership team members
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Team to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Work closely with Head of HR and other leadership team members to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Manage credentialing process ensuring the company and team members meet customer compliance requirements
Your profile
- Associate’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
- 4 years’ of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment best practices including candidate sourcing and engagement strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high quality results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying complexities while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent relationship-building, decision-making and influencing skills
- Excellent computer skills in a MS Windows environment with the ability to quickly learn and implement new systems
