HR Business Partner (Plainfield, IN)
About the role
BDA is a leading Merchandise Agency that connects brands with consumers through promotional merchandise. This role is based in Plainfield, IN and requires onsite work 4 days a week with occasional remote work.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations issues to resolution
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Identify and recommend HR initiatives to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
- Support recruitment efforts and maintain candidate relationships
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred
- 5-7 years progressive HR experience, including 1+ years in recruiting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Multilingual skills preferred

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. Hiring at the top of the range is not typical and compensation is determined based on various factors including geographic location, skills, education, and experience.

This role is based in Plainfield, IN and requires onsite work 4 days a week with occasional remote work. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
