About the role
The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic HR partner supporting KLA Services organization. This role will primarily support US-based teams, with the potential to expand into broader regional or global scope.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies and actionable HR plans
- Drive execution of enterprise HR programs and initiatives (e.g., performance management, engagement survey, compensation review cycles) within the business, ensuring alignment to organizational goals
- Partner with leaders to identify organizational and talent needs, including workforce planning, organizational design, and capability development
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce transitions
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
- Leverage workforce data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Provide balanced perspectives to business that align business priorities with organizational and people considerations
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, navigating complexity and ambiguity with a high degree of independence
- Proficient in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance productivity and insights is highly preferred
- Ability to travel to US and global sites, as needed
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $127,900.00 - $217,400.00 Annually
- Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA

Pay
- The pay range for this position in the primary location identified in this posting is $127,900.00 - $217,400.00 Annually.
Schedule
- The position may involve domestic and international travel, up to 20%.
