HR Business Partner - Full time, Day, Hybrid (Limited Term Engagement)
About the role
This position is a contractor HRBP role for a limited-term engagement that is expected to conclude on December 31, 2027. Subject to business needs and further management review, the engagement may be extended through the end of the first quarter of 2028.
Responsibilities
- Provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s) they support.
- Work in partnership with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle–related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching.
- Proactively translate the group's business strategies into HR solutions that best enable the team to meet its strategic objectives.
- Extend membership as an extended member of executive and senior leadership and be a close advisor to the leadership team.
- Work with operational leaders to ensure positive caregiver experiences for the client groups they support.
Requirements
- 5 years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
