About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Supply Chain officers and the Director HRBP to proactively identify business challenges, shape people strategy, and deliver recommendations that drive business outcomes.
  • Lead organization design and workforce planning to position the business for scalability and long-term success.
  • Drive leadership and team development efforts that strengthen bench strength and build future-ready capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing clear perspectives, challenging thinking when appropriate, and leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Rewards, Learning & Development, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions that advance Lowe’s people agenda.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting engagement, inclusion, and a shared sense of purpose across Supply Chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent years of experience (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting large, complex, or operational organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior executives on organizational and talent strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and experience operating in dynamic, matrixed environments.
  • Expertise in org design, change leadership, and leadership coaching.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • Communicate with executive presence by simplifying complex issues, prioritizing key messages, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

Qualifications

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) a plus.

Skills

  • Strong judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, the ability to simplify complex business challenges, and the confidence to provide clear recommendations to senior leaders.
