Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operational processes
- Embed quickly and stabilise HR operations at the site
- Work onsite in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
- Support a predominantly hourly, blue-collar workforce
- Act as the single point of contact for HR operational processes on site
- Report directly to the VP of HR
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on HR Business Partner experience in an operational setting
- Strong track record supporting hourly / blue-collar workforces
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and line managers
- Solid grounding in HR compliance, employee relations, and risk management
- Full-time onsite availability, 5 days a week
- UKG experience (user-level) - desirable
- Background in manufacturing, aviation, or another regulated industry - desirable
