Our client, a leader in the financial services industry is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support their organizational goals and enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management, providing expertise in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Advising on workforce planning
• Implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
• Partnering with management to identify HR needs and provide solutions that drive business success
• Supporting recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and participate in the selection process
• Facilitating performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
• Advising on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws
• Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and promote a positive workplace culture
• Analyzing HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement
• Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse workforce
• Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and HR trends to ensure the organization remains competitive
