HR Business Partner

About the role

Elevation Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with a well-established Tech business based in Sheffield to recruit a HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working full-time.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior leaders, building trusted relationships and providing pragmatic HR advice and support across a range of people-related challenges.
• Lead on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management, ensuring cases are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation.
• Coach and challenge leaders to build their confidence and capability, providing constructive guidance and helping to create strong, high-performing team cultures.
• Work closely with the Head of HR on strategic people projects, including M&A due diligence, integration planning and wider organisational change initiatives.

Requirements

• A confident HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong experience managing complex ER cases independently, including disciplinaries, grievances and performance matters.
• Confidence influencing and constructively challenging managers, with the ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice and push back when needed.
• CIPD qualified or actively working towards a CIPD qualification.
• Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield, ideally already living locally within the Yorkshire area.
