Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to the STAQ Pharma Denver location, providing comprehensive HR consultation and support that aligns people initiatives with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related matters, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals.
- Help to oversee the administration of the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and process improvements.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations as needed.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees to foster a positive work environment.
- Support core HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration, Worker's Comp, leave administration, etc.
- Support leadership in identifying and developing talent within the organization.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance managerial effectiveness.
- Lead and support change initiatives by developing strategies to drive employee engagement and adoption of new processes.
- Conduct assessments and partner with leadership to implement workforce planning, succession planning, and other HR programs.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve business performance.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated, understood, and adhered to within the business unit.
- Aid in the interpretation and application of company policies and legal compliance.
- Act as a point of contact between the business unit and HR centers of excellence, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and learning & development.
- Assist in managing Employee Engagement events and initiatives to promote a positive employee experience and support in community outreach.
Required Skills/Abilities
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with leadership and employees at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations.
- Background in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, manufacturing).
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
