About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner — an architect and change agent. You will shape people strategy, develop culture and talent, build effective performance management systems, and help leaders create strong, cohesive teams. Your goal is business growth through people development and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Impact company growth through HR ecosystem development
• Strategic personnel management: develop our organizational structure and Succession Planning system
• Consult leaders: become a trusted partner to help manage teams, develop employees, and solve complex HR cases
• Performance and talent management: plan career paths with employees to maximize their potential
• Develop culture and Employee Experience: implement and uphold company values, resolve conflicts, and boost team motivation
• Onboarding and adaptation: ensure effective onboarding and immersion into workflows, including probation support
• Offboarding: manage the exit process while protecting company interests
• Participate in other HR projects: work across the full HR cycle, from HRIS implementation, process automation, and analytics to planning large-scale corporate events

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in international IT companies
• Experience in Talent Development for teams of 50+ people
• Experience describing, implementing, and automating HR processes
• Familiarity with key HR metrics and comfort working with data (spreadsheets, large systems, ATS, HRM)
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, employee surveys, and performance reviews
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Full-time office work
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
• Attention to detail, passion for non-standard tasks, and continuous quality improvement
