The company is seeking an HR Business Partner who will work closely with leaders in Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Accounting, providing practical, trustworthy, and strategic HR support.

Responsibilities

• Build real, trusted relationships with leaders and act as their everyday HR partner.
• Run regular check‑ins to stay ahead of team health, performance issues, talent needs, and upcoming changes.
• Coach managers through employee‑relations situations, including performance concerns, difficult conversations, investigations, and documentation.
• Support performance cycles, development conversations, promotions, retention, and talent planning.
• Help leaders navigate the people side of organizational change.
• Use people data to spot trends and deliver practical recommendations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations on hiring, role changes, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Business Partner or related HR experience.
• Hands‑on experience with employee relations, performance management, and supporting leaders through organizational change.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices.
• Comfort using HR systems and people data to identify trends and drive recommendations.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills; trusted with sensitive situations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Schedule

This role is based at ShiftKey’s headquarters in Irving, TX, and is primarily onsite. For the first 3–5 months, you will work from the office five days a week to build relationships and get up to speed. After that period, some work‑from‑home flexibility may be available depending on business needs and your manager.
