About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with various departments within the company to understand their needs and ensure that HR policies and practices align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for supporting employees through various life cycle events, including onboarding, performance management, and exit processes. Additionally, you will help develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and ensure alignment with business goals
- Support employees during onboarding, performance management, and exit processes
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining agreements

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
