About the Opportunity:The HR BUSINESS PARTNER role is designed to strengthen organizational culture by partnering with management and teams to develop strategies that enhance retention, performance, and employee engagement. This position delivers strategic HR guidance and support, influencing workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and other key areas to improve business outcomes and maintain a productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with executives, management, and teams to understand business goals and challenges
- Provide advice on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and development
- Analyze HR trends and metrics, including turnover and engagement data, to develop consistent people solutions
- Advise and coach to support a diverse, inclusive, and high-integrity work environment
- Guide restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts
- Coach managers on employee relations issues, including performance improvement plans and terminations
- Conduct investigations related to employee relations and recommend actions
- Collaborate on employee development and talent planning
- Assist with annual reviews and employee development plans
- Develop strategies to utilize HR tools to support business growth
- Provide HR information during RFP processes
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and partner with legal as needed
- Lead HR team projects, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor project status and escalate issues appropriately
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 10 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- SHRM-CP or HRCI certification
- Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employment law
- Professional and consultative approach with strong influence and communication skills
- Experience with organizational design
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong multitasking and follow-through skills
- Flexibility and ability to maintain boundaries
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to ambiguity across teams

Pay Range and Compensation Package
The overall salary range for this role is $85,100 - $161,575For candidates in specific states and cities, the salary range is $97,865 - $161,575For all other locations, the salary range is $85,100 - $140,500Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, qualifications, skills, and certifications
